Approach:

I use a clear and collaborative approach to help navigate your struggles. My clients appreciate my straightforwardness balanced with humor and empathy. I want my clients to feel like there is continuity to our sessions, like you are actually making progress towards your goal inside and outside of session. I tailor my approach to each client to meet your needs and personality (it is a bonus if you love the Enneagram!).

Outside of Therapy:
In addition to private practice, I am passionate about relationship and mental health education in the community. I have presented psychoeducation to middle school and high school students on topics such as anxiety, depression, social media, and healthy relationships. Additionally, I enjoy leading premarital therapy and education groups.

I enjoy hiking, camping, and traveling with my husband and son. I am a lover of the mountains, lattes, and baking.
