Individual Counseling offers a dedicated space to untangle the complexities of your inner world and create lasting, meaningful change. Clients come to see us for a variety of reasons, big and small:

Some clients find what they need in a few sessions and some maintain monthly sessions as a part of their self care routine. You and your therapist will collaborate on what suits your needs.

 

All our therapists are trained in evidence-based modalities of therapy including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). EFT helps you make sense of your emotional needs and create patterns to help you feel “unstuck” that are helpful personally, in your relationships, at work and view of the world. ACT equips you with the psychological flexibility to accept life’s hardships, quiet your inner critic and make decisions in alignment with your values.

 

We help you gain a deeper understanding of the “root” cause of the problem while also providing practical tools to use week to week.
